The bright, approx. 40 m² rental has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200cm). The living area includes a sofa bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. Step out onto the balcony for a quiet courtyard view. Amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 4K Smart TV with Netflix, and a Marshall speaker. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine.
